Get Your Sexy Back in 3 Steps

1. Follow an exercise program consistently, for at least 5 weeks. The program should include resistance training that works all major body parts (3 days a week), include high intense and steady state cardio (3 to 5 days a week). 2. Eat Healthier foods to make your skin look young and vibrant. You should follow a meal plan that includes green leafy vegetables and fruit. Practicing healthier eating will not only make your skin look young and vibrant, but it will also help you obtain a slimmer physique. The skin is one of the most powerful indicators of health. Wrinkles, dry or oily skin, acne, and inflammation all are signs of poor internal health, often brought on by consuming unhealthy foods and avoiding skin-healthy nutrients. If you consume more healthy food, your skin will be healthier and have an inner glow. The opposite is also true. If you starve your skin of the essential nutrients, it will be dry and sallow. Here is a list of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that will help you obtain healthy skin:

  • Omega 3 (found in fish)
  • Vitamins C, E, and A
  • Zinc
  • Silica (found in green beans, strawberries, and asparagus)
  • Selenium (found in Brazilian nuts, eggs, and brown rice).
  • Green Tea
  • Drink 64 ounces of water per day

3. Gain Confidence!  After practicing the first two steps consistently for 5 weeks, you should automatically gain confidence and a new attitude to strut your stuff.

It will take approximately 5 to 15 weeks to achieve the new sexy you! It will not be easy however; it will be well worth it!
