Congratulations to Heather Young for placing as 3rd runner up out of 80 women at the Miss Maryland USA 2012 pageant. Heather trained with me for over 8 weeks to get pageant and swimsuit ready. Here is a glimpse of the routine that was included to tighten her abs and reduce her waist.

Her diet was clean of course, consisting of fruit, yogurt, vegetables, and lean protein (chicken, fish, beans, and turkey).
