Virtual Bootcamp includes:
• Online Fitness Classes. Classes include weight training, abs, HITT cardio, yoga, dance fitness, meditation, video on demand, and more. We always provide exercise modifications for every fitness level from beginner to intermediate.
• 28-Day Walking Challenge. This coaching program is a collaborative goal and friendly competition among members that involves keeping track of steps taken.
• Walk Off the Pounds Challenge. This coaching program and walking competition provide members with the opportunity to earn prizes for the most steps and weight loss.
• Body Transformation Challenge. This program is designed to help you lose weight, get toned, reduce bodyfat, and improve your health at an accelerated pace. Regardless of level of fitness, age, or physical limitations, this challenge will keep you accountable, motivated and help you transform your body and health. The program includes coaching with Fitness Coach, Walter Lewis and other Health and Fitness Experts.
