How I Lost 62 Pounds After Baby #3 and Gained the Energy to Keep Up with Life

At 42, just six weeks after having my third baby, I weighed 187 pounds — 54 pounds heavier than before. I was out of breath just walking up the stairs, and I knew I needed my energy back so I could keep up with my three young kids and be the best version of myself for them.  My why was clear: take care of my physical health so I could be strong, present, and energized for my family. I began training with Walter and made my workouts non-negotiable, just like a work meeting or school drop-off. I stayed motivated by setting new goals and making my own nutrition a priority, right alongside my kids’. Six months later, I stepped on the scale at 125 pounds — leaner, fitter, and healthier than I was before pregnancy. I have more energy now than I’ve had  since my 20s, and I can run after my children without feeling tired.
