From Challenge to Confidence: My 25-Pound Transformation

My goal is to make retirement my healthiest, most vibrant chapter yet — to be fit, confident, and able to enjoy every day like an endless vacation. Through Walter’s programs — from the 10-Day Cleanse and 14-Day Lean Body to the Walking Challenge and Virtual Bootcamp — I developed healthy eating habits, worked out five to six days a week (even when I didn’t feel like it), and made small sacrifices to reach my goals. I lost 25 pounds, built strength, and even walked 110 miles during the challenge. Now, in retirement, I’m slimmer, stronger, and more confident in body, mind, and spirit. Virtual Bootcamp has been a life saver — keeping me moving, connected, and motivated rain or shine. My why keeps me committed to showing up every day for my health and my future.
