From Federal Career to Fitness Purpose

Before launching Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions, Walter spent 13 years working as a Managing Program Analyst with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Fitness became more than exercise. It became a system for discipline, energy, confidence, stress management, and personal growth.

In 2005, Walter launched WLFS with one mission:
