Walter Lewis, M.S. – Health and Wellness Strategist

Walter Lewis is a nationally recognized Health and Wellness Strategist, Fitness and Nutrition Coach, and founder of Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions, LLC. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in helping adults 40 and older reclaim their energy, confidence, and vitality through science-based fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies.

Holding a Master of Science in Information Management, Walter combines analytical insight with real-world fitness expertise to design sustainable systems for long-term health transformation. His programs integrate movement, nutrition, stress management, and mindset to create lasting change.

Walter has successfully trained and coached more than 10,000 individuals, including busy professionals, executives, CEOs, seniors, and pageant competitors. His corporate wellness partnerships include SHRM, Boeing, Mitre, The Vitamin Shoppe, Westin Hotels, and Gaylord National Harbor—where his leadership helped the hotel earn recognition as one of Washington D.C.’s Healthiest Employers.
