  • Live Virtual Workout Classes and Recordings. Get access to live virtual bootcamp classes 6 days a week. Classes include weight training, HITT cardio, abs, Yoga, and more. If you miss the live classes, don’t fret it. Recordings are available 24/7.
  • Coaching. You will receive a custom Couch to 5K Walk/Speedwalk workout that will help you successfully complete the scheduled 5k run/walk on day 18.

" When the pandemic hit, Walter reached out to offer a virtual group training option to my son, and me, if I was interested... "The walking challenge was an eye opener for me. I was hesitant to enter the challenge for two reasons. One, I would have to commit for consecutive days of walking, even when I didn't feel like it. Second, I thought walking more daily was really NOT going to bring me results.

What I found was that consistent and increased movement per day is a game changer. 

At the end of the challenge a miracle happened. I got on the scale, and I had lost weight! That’s when it hit me. The only thing I changed was to add enjoyable walks to my routine and it helped me break my plateau.

Walter Lewis

Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions (WLFS) officially launched in 2005. Walter Lewis is an experienced fitness coach who has trained and coached over 10,000 individuals to achieve optimal health and fitness. His list of clients includes corporations, busy professionals, executives, CEOs, seniors, pageant competitors, adults, and celebrities.

In 2011, Walter helped Gaylord National Harbor Hotel become 2nd ranked Healthiest employer with his corporate bootcamp and yoga classes. He’s been the wellness and fitness coach for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) from 2012 - 2020.
